Purpose of STP /Waste water Treatment Plant (Sullage&Human Waste)

Waste Water Effluent from residents premises affects the biological balance of the receiving streams, lakes, river and ground water. Filtration System process description:

MSV watertech offers wide range of filter to suit various filtration applications .pressure vessels with single media ,dual media /multimedia are offered based on special requirement of the customer . All filters are offered in manual /semiautomatic/Fullyautomatic systems.

Pressure Sand Filters :

This range of filters can handle for the removal of TSS up to 30 ppm ,which consists of filtering media coarse sand, silex&supporting media pebbles ,gravels .filters options are in Prefabricated MSEP/MSRL or FRP
All filter will be designed intervals to ensure evendistrubtion of incoming raw water,uniform collection of filtered treated water and proper backwashing for dirt removal

MIXED BED (MB) BASED SYSTEM

ULTRA FILTRATION SYSTEM:

ULTRA FILTRATION PROCESS DESCRIPTION

It is a membrane cross flow filtration process used to separate and remove micro molecules, colloidal, and pathogenic microorganisms from the solvent by molecular weight and size, substance smaller than the price size of the membrane are passed while large solutes or particles are rejected.

It is done before RO system for increase the life time of the membrane

MSV Watertech offer latest technology hollow fiber UF membrane pore size 0.01-0.05 um and have high removal of bacteria & virus colloiods ,silt. It is used for pretreatment of removal of colloidal silica

Benefits of UF membrane

  • Low SDI in UF permeate
  • Pretreatment For RO System which reduces RO membrane scaling& fouling, cleaning frequency
  • Higher RO membrane flux
REVESRSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM:

RO System /Reverse Osmosis System Process Description

The main purpose of the RO system is used for the removal of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). we offers spiral wound membrane for both brackish water &sea water applications The reverse osmosis block is made in compact skid of MOC powdered coated/Stainless steel with pumps, pipings&instruments etc the pipings will be SS304/SS316 material of construction

OSMOSIS :

When fresh water and a salt solution are separated by semi permeable membrane water will diffuse from the fresh water side in to the salt solution. This phenomenon is called “Osmosis”.

REVERSE OSMOSIS:

When a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure is applied to the concentrated solution, water flows from the concentrated to the dilute solution side. The flow of water through a semi-permeable membrane from the more concentrated solution in to the dilute solution is called “Reverse Osmosis”
